I use an integrated holistic approach to work with individuals - adolescents & adults, couples, and families.
I provide a neutral safe space to listen to your concerns and to hear about your goals. I offer reassurance, encouragement, connection, and acceptance to support the positive changes and progress you want to make in your life.
I assist in finding answers, support the healing process, and aid in your personal exploration, growth, and development with a continuous positive regard.

I aid clients in forming new understanding and behaviors for achieving goals, to overcome existing barriers, positively navigate through and beyond current life challenges, and become aware of inner strengths. I assist clients to discover tools they already possess and gain new ones for making positive changes. I help identify patterns keeping them stuck, immobilized, or that may not be serving them well.
